Joan Stumph, age 78, of Cave City, passed away with her son, Johnny Stumph and sister-in-law, Mary Catherine Strode, Thursday, June 18, 2020 at the University of Louisville Hospital. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved her family and she loved her cat and dogs. She loved vacations and getting to spend time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Elwood Stumph; her parents, Lora Pullen and Vedie Pullen; four sisters, Mevie, Nelly, Corine Crabtree, Mildred Hagan, and Francis Vincent; three brothers, Oscar Pullen, Roy Pullen, and Johnny Pullen.
She is survived by her son, Joel Stumph (Brooke); one grandson, Joseph Stumph (Heather); one brother, Rodney Pullen; a brother and sister-in-law, Bud and Mary Alice Stumph.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2020 with burial to follow in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at Winn Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. until time of service on Monday, June 22, 2020.
