William Henry Amos, Jr.
William Henry Amos, Jr., age 87 of Horse Cave, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2020 at his home. He was a native of Barren County and a member of Horse Cave Baptist Church, where he was a Sunday School teacher. He was a gentleman farmer and a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William H. Amos, Sr. and Eloise Amos.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Kaye Amos; one son, Chuck Amos; two daughters, Robin Keller (Tim Hix) and Suanne Jacobs (David); three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 21, 2020 at Hose Cave Municipal Cemetery, under the direction of Winn Funeral Home, with burial to follow there.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2020 from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at Winn Funeral Home.
Strict social distancing and mask requirements will be followed at both the funeral home and at the cemetery.
