Viola Katherine Short

Viola Katherine Harlow Short age 84 of Horse Cave passed away Friday, February 8, 2013 at her home.

Mrs. Short was born in Hart County, member of the Horse Cave Baptist Church, homemaker and retired dental assistant.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis Vernon Harlow and Bea Carter Harlow, 3 sisters, Eunice Lane, Clotilde Mayfield and Margie Short, 2 brothers, Frank Harlow and J.C. Harlow.

Survived by

husband: Elmer Dean Short of Horse Cave

daughter: Kathy Lawson of Versailles, KY.

grandson: Randy Logsdon and wife Amber of Horse Cave

3 great-grandchildren: Sierra, Shelby and Serenna Logsdon

brother: H.W. Harlow and wife Janice of Hardyville

3 nieces, 4 nephews, several great nieces and nephews.

Visitation

Visitation 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Saturday and after 9:00 a.m. Sunday in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home.

Funeral Service

Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 10, 2013 in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery.
