Richard Oscar Fields, Jr.

Richard O. Fields, Jr. age 79 of Glasgow passed away Sunday, December 12, 2010 at Hillcrest Health Care in Ashland City, Tn.

Mr. Fields was born in Oklahoma and was a former resident of Richmond, California, retired truck driver, U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the Catholic faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Oscar Fields, Sr. and Leona Reeder Fields.

nieces and nephews and a special friend, Virginia Stokes

Visitation

Visitation will begin 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home

Funeral Service

Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 15, 2010 in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery.
