Paul Amos Presley

Paul Amos Durrett Presley, age 89, passed away February 10, 2015 in Ft. Myers FL. He was born September 19, 1925 in Louisville, KY and grew up in Hart County. He was a member of Wilkerson Temple Methodist Church and was a Veteran of World War II. He was the son of the late Isaac Martin Presley and Ollie May Poston Presley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five siblings, Katherine Middleton , Esther Ruark, Ivan Presley, Eloise Brown and Berladean Schindler.

He is survived by his wife, Florine Johnson Presley, two sons, Stephen Presley and his wife, Sylvia, and Norman Presley and his wife, Noriko, five grandchildren, Mathew Presley, Lyn Janus, Jennifer Tobkin, Nathan Presley and Nina Kursakari,  two great-grandchildren, Emma Janus and Jaya Tobin, five siblings, Ruth Puckett, Dorothy Nunn, Alline Crenshaw, George Presley and Edith Bastin.

Mr. Presley will be cremated. A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m.ET (9:00 CT) on Saturday, March 28, 2015 for family and friends at Wilkerson Temple Methodist Church, Kessinger, KY.

THE MEMORIAL SERVICE WAS PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2015, BUT DUE TO THE BAD WEATHER CONDTIONS, IT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO MARCH 28.

Arrangements are under the direction of Winn Funeral Home, Horse Cave.
