Noble C. Templeman, 77, of Munfordville, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, February 20, 2014 at his home around 4:00 a.m.. He prepared for his home-going when he was saved at the age of 11. He was a member of Lonoke Baptist Church in Munfordville and was well-known for always having a song to share.
After God healed his life-long stuttering problem a few years ago, he began hosting a radio program on WLOC and visiting Hart County Healthcare in an effort to honor God for healing him and to share his love for Christ and gospel music.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy Edward and Mary Alice Templeman, a brother, Rev. Uhel Edward Templeman and his wife of 49 years, Mildred Snyder Templeman.
He is survived by a son, Rev. Chuck Templeman and wife Kathy of Munfordville; a daughter, Alisa Maysey of Glasgow; two granddaughters, Shelli Templeman and Abby Maysey; and two grandsons, Chris and Nat Maysey.
Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 22, 2014 in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Randy Scott. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olivet Church Cemetery.
Visitation 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2014 and after 9:00 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home.
