Mitchell Hare

Mitchell Hare age 79 of Cave City passed away Monday March 31, 2014 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. He was a native of Barren County, Kentucky , a lifelong Farmer , a United States Army Veteran and a member of the South Green Street Church of Christ in Glasgow.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Hare and Ellie Craighead Hare, two brothers, W.T. Hare and Elvin R. Hare and a sister Juanita Wingfield.

Mitchell is survived by his wife Covella Garmon Hare of Cave City,  two nephews, Gary Hare and Tim Wingfield, two nieces, Gwen Williams and Brenda McGown, one brother-in-law, Chester Wingfield and several other nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday April 3, 2014 in the Chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Hiseville Cemetery.

Visitation at Winn Funeral Home from 2 until 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Thursday.
