Maxine Mouser Russell
December 6, 1928 — November 28, 2015
Maxine Mouser Russell, 86, of Horse Cave, died Saturday, November 28, at her residence.
She was a native of Hart County and a member of the Cave City Christian Church and retired after 47 years as the chief financial officer of Midway Wholesale Co.
She is preceeded in death by her parents, Frank G. and Frances Stotts Mouser, her husband Billy Russell in 1997, and her sister, Nita Melloan, in 2012.
She is survived by one brother, Rusty Mouser and his wife Ruby, of Horse Cave and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 1, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Hensley officiating. Burial will follow in the Horse Cave Municiapal Cemetery. Visitation at 3-8 p.m. on Monday and 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. until time of service of Tuesday.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Snow Ministry, c/o Cave City Christian Church, Cave City, KY.
