Mary Frances Karnes

Mary Frances Karnes, age 93, of Glasgow, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at TJ Samson Community Hospital. She was a member of Joyner's Chapel Church.

She is preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Jean Freeman; one grandson, Ricky T. Bennett; her parents, Willard and Nellie Hagar; two step-sons, Danny and Ricky Karnes; three sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by one son, Harvey Odell Freeman (Mary) of Tompkinsville; one daughter, Martha Martin, of Glasgow; three grandchildren, Alicia Bennett, Rosie Ervin and Thomas Wayne Bennett; three great-grandchildren, two step children, Eugene Karnes (Sharon) and Theresa Hunt; one great-great-grandchild, Kennedy Burton; several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at Winn Funeral Home on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 1 PM with burial to follow in the Cosby Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Winn Funeral Home on Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 2-7 PM and from 8 AM until time of service on Friday.
