Mary D. Dilley Tackett

Mary D. Dilley Tackett age 89 of Horse Cave passed away Wednesday April 17, 2013 at the Glasgow Health and Rehab. Center. She was a native of Hart County , a seamstress and enjoyed gardening and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bryant E. Dilley and Lucy C. Hancock Dilley, her husband John Tackett, one son, John D. Tackett, 3 sisters, Christola Dilley Handy, Violet Dilley Edwards and Madelle Dilley Edwards.

She is survived by one son, Charles (Jerry) Forbes and his wife Linda of Horse Cave, 2 grandchildren, David B. Forbes & his wife Dawn of Horse Cave and Dean S. Forbes & his wife Susan of Hardyville. 3 great-grandchildren, Charles (Matt) Forbes & his wife Kara, Jordon B. Forbes and McKenzie M. Forbes. one great-great grandchild,Brynlea C. Forbes, and by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service

Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday April 20, 2013 at the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery under direction of Winn Funeral Home with burial to follow.
