Margie Richardson Price

Margie R. Price, 90, recently passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at 7:45 a.m.  Ms. Price was born September 3, 1924 in California but lived most of her life in Horse Cave, Ky.  She was a long time active member of Clear Point Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Uno, Ky.  Margie worked in the restaurant business for more than 50 years in Horse Cave and Munfordville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Murl Price and her parents, Bryan and Mabel Perkins Richardson.

Survivors include her 2 children, Charles Melvin Price and wife Linda of Nicholasville, Ky. and Charlene Crain and husband Roy of Horse Cave.  Three grandsons, Chris Crain and wife Jessica, Charles Roy "Chuck" Crain and wife Pearl and Jason Price and wife Renee.  Six great-grandchildren, Audrey, Jasmine and Kayley Crain, Samantha and Haley Price, Madison Estepp and four step-grandchildren.  One brother, Kenneth Richardson of Florida, three nephews, Kenny, Mike and Ronnie Richardson and a very dear cousin, Carmalita Kitchen.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2015 in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery.

Visitation 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Dear Kenneth and Family. Sorry for your lost. Margie was a good and kind person. I remember all the good time we had at Aunt Mables house , as I grew up. My faith tells me she is God all our family that gone before,what a reunion they are having. Peace Be With You and God Bless!
