Mae "Bonnie" Ballard

Mae "Bonnie" Ballard age 76, of Horse Cave, passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Ephraim McDowell Medical Center in Danville, KY.

She was a Hart County native and a member of Greens Chapel Church of Christ. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her son, Christopher "Petie" Ballard; her parents, James Earl and Annie Bunnell; one brother, Earl Wallace Bunnell.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Willie Ballard; three grandchildren, Jonathon Ballard, Kelsey Miller, and Alex Short; one sister, Janice Newby; a special niece, Bridgette Honaker (Sherman); also several great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Friday, February 10, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery.
