Leva Walker Bundrant

Leva Walker Bundrant age 94 years of Munfordville passed away Tuesday April 29, 2014 at Hart County Health Care Center in Horse Cave. She was the daughter of the late Herschell and Addie Wisdom Walker of Topsy, TN. Mrs. Bundrant was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Norma Walker.

She was a Sunday School teacher over 50 years, a former employee with the Southern Baptist Foundation, and a retiree from Belmont University Administration , as Head-Resident at Wright Hall .After moving in 2010 from Smyrna, TN, she became a member of the Horse Cave Baptist Church.

Mrs. Bundrant is survived by two daughters, Gail B. Rogers of Munfordville, KY, and Ann Phillips and her husband Jim of Clarksville, TN , her grandchildren, Terry Miller and his wife Brenda of Bristol, TN , Connie O'Banion and her husband Keith of Horse Cave, Melody Creasy and her husband Logan of Homewood, AL , and Jamie Durant and her husband Jason of Troy , AL. , her great-grandchildren, David, Ryan and Scottie Miller, Jessica O'Banion, Gracen and Samantha Creasy, Paisley and Judson Durant .

Graveside funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday May 1, 2014 at the Wayne County Memorial Gardens in Waynesboro, TN with burial to follow.Visitation will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Shackleford Funeral Directors , 104 W. Hill Street Waynesborn TN. Arrangements are under the direction of Winn Funeral Home Horse Cave.
