Larry Cecil Gentry

Larry Cecil Gentry age 71 of Glasgow passed away at 9:30 a.m. Monday September 17, 2012 at his residence. He was a former resident of Horse Cave, a 1959 graduate of Caverna High School, a longtime member of Zion Baptist Church at Rex, Ky. and was an avid U.K. basketball fan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman Merrill Gentry and Mayola Short Gentry.

Survived by

He is survived by several cousins, an uncle, Elmer Dean Short & his wife Viola of Horse Cave and by an aunt, Cleota Gentry of Hardyville.

Visitation

Visitation will be held at Winn Funeral Home from 4 until 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Thursday.

Funeral Service

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday September 20, 2012 in the Chapel of Winn Funeral Home in Horse Cave with burial to follow in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery.
