Kenneth Grayson age 71 of Cave City, passed away February 17, 2011 in Yuma, Arizona.

Mr. Grayson was born in Maysville, Ky., retired Navy Cheif and also retired from General Electric Nuclear Division. He was a HAM operator, member of N.R.A., Fleet Reserve Association, V.F.W. in Golden Colorado, avid hunter and antique lamp collector.

Mr. Grayson was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Henry Grayson.

Survived by

wife of 50 years: Judith Miller Grayson of Cave City

2 daughters: Deborah Nelligan of La Marque, Tx. and son-in-law, Michael Nelligan of Enfield, Conn.

Diana (Dee) Paczosa and husband Ricky of Cave City

3 grandchildren: Ricky Paczosa of Cave City

Krystin Nelligan of San Diego, Ca.

Shonna Paczosa of Louisville, Ky.

1 great-grandchild: Chase Michael Dillard of San Diego, Ca.

mother: Ora Helen Mers Jefferson of Rogersville, Al.

2 brothers: Paul Grayson and wife Lois of Dover, Ky.

Larry Grayson and wife Judy of Brooksville, Ky.

1 sister: Mary Franko and husband Tony of Rogersville, Al.

several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins

his dogs Happy and Wally and his cat Tiger

Visitation

Visitation 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Funeral Service

Memorial service will be conducted 6:00 p.m. Friday, March 11, 2011 in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial to follow at a later date in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery at Fort Knox.
