I was so sad to hear of JoAnn's passing.  I never had the pleasure of meeting her  but I sure felt like I knew her.  When I would need to call the plant to check on things, and could not get the person I needed, I could always dial JoAnn's extension, and get that wonderful warm greeting from her - she ALWAYS answered!  Never a sour day - always happy and always helpful.  Thank you for the many, many wonderful years you allowed me to lean on you!  You will be missed!!!  Prayers to her family.  May you find peace and comfort in the coming days, months, and years.

I am sorry for your loss. Joann was a wonderful person. I did not have the pleasure of meeting her but for the last 10 years we spoke many of times on the phone. She was always so cheery and helpful, when I would call her she would say well hello Mrs.. Gina and would respond and hello Mrs. Joann. She will always be remembered at the Balfour New Orleans office.

Will be missed

and we have lost another of the Guinn cousins.............I am so sorry. JoAnn was always happy and smiling. If you were in a bad mood when you ran into her, you wouldn't be when you left her. She always lifted my spirits. My sympathy to all the family.

Joyce, Leroy, Allen and family,
We are so sorry about Joann. We loved her and all the family so much. I wanted to come to the funeral, but we just were not physically able to be there. I hope our flowers were alright.   I would like to see a picture of them.  I will always feel so sad because of your loss. May God bless all your family is my prayer.

My heart goes out to you all.  I work for Balfour in Europe and JoAnn's kindness and good humour always left me looking for excuses to pick up the phone to speak with her.  She will truly be missed by people far & wide.  Someone so special can never be forgotten.  No words can describe how sorry I am for your loss.

I have worked with JoAnn for 15 years and she was always the most pleasant person to be around. She always had a kind word to say and was always helping everyone in any way she could. She loved her job and always took pride in her work. She would always talk to me about her daughters she was so proud of both of them and loved then dearly. She will be greatly missed by all of us here at Balfour. My prayers go out to her family in this time of sorrow.

I want to express my sympathies to JoAnn's family.  JoAnn was my customer service rep at Balfour for almost 20 years and she was simply wonderful to deal with.  She has the sweetest disposition even in difficult situations.  We had many conversations about being a mom and grandmother, and I know that was THE MOST IMPORTANT thing to her.  She absolutely adored her grandchildren and we would text pictures back and forth - she could talk for hours about them!!  I will miss our conversations and her happy spirit.  I know she is in heaven watching down on her flock!  My prayers are with you for healing and comfort.
