Jo Ann Blair

Jo Ann Phillips Blair, 62, of Cave City, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2014 at T. J. Samson community Hospital ER.

She was a Hart County native, a retired employee of Dart Container Corporation, a member of Ladies Chapel Methodist Church, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor T. Phillips and Mary Bell Adams Phillips and a sister, Betty Lou Branstetter.

Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Dennis Paul Blair, Cave City; her son, Michael Blair, Hardyville and two daughters, Michelle Wylie, Bon Aye, Ky. and Mary Jo Berry, Munfordville; seven grandchildren, Justin Boyd, Kimberly Blair, Katlyn Minor, Valarie Berry, Nicholas Berry, MacKenna Blair and Mason Blair , a great-grandson, Matthew Beau Underwood and three nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 2 PM, in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial in the Phillips Cemetery.

Visitation at Winn Funeral Home from 12-9 PM, Tuesday and after 9 AM until service time on Wednesday.
