Jerry Wayne Ashley

Jerry Wayne Ashley, age 63, of Horse Cave, passed away Friday, May 12, 2023 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. He was of the Baptist faith and was baptized at Camp Joy. He loved fishing and singing.

He is preceded in death by his father, Oliver Ashley.

He is survived by his mother, Frances Ashley; his wife, Shongia Ashley; three brothers, William Ashley, Ray Ashley (Mary), and John David Ashley; one sister, Mary Minor (David); four children, PJ, Shannon, Jeremy, and Courtney; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Winn Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Winn Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 from 3-7 PM and from 9 AM until time of service on Wednesday.
