Jeffrey L. "Jeff" Mouser

Jeffrey L. “Jeff” Mouser, age 64 of Munfordville passed away Friday, October 15, 2021 at his home. He was a native of Hart County and a member at Clear Point Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He was the owner/operator of Mouser Construction, carrying on the tradition and legacy of carpenters and contractors in his family and leaving a lasting handprint in the form of his work in Hart and surrounding counties. He loved family, his friends and life. You could always measure Jeff’s worth in the way he loved helping others.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry Gordon Mouser and Marjorie Forbis Mouser; one brother, Kerry Mouser; one nephew.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Susan Mouser of Munfordville; one son, Brett Mouser (Patricia Potter); one daughter, Chelsea Walters and husband Gary Allen of Sonora; four grandchildren, Isabella, Brett Jr. and Morgan Mouser, Levi Walters; two sisters, Patricia Mouser and Dinah Crain (Roger); nine nieces and nephews; many extended family and close friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial to follow in Houk Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, October 18, 2021 at Winn Funeral Home and again on Tuesday from 8 a.m. until the time of services.
