Janie R. Whisman

March 16, 1935 — April 18, 2023

Julian Fellowes wrote: “The price of great love is great misery when one of you dies!” Janie R Whisman, born March 16, 1935, died April 18, 2023. Janie was born in Monroe, Kentucky to Sim and Vada Richardson.

Janie was preceded in death by her husband, Billy G Whisman, son, Steven Andrew Whisman, and grandsons Nathan Andrew and Adam Shawn Mabley.

Janie is survived by her daughter Rebecca Mabley (Glenn) and grandson Aaron Mabley (Carrie). Janie loved the Lord, and her family, dearly and will be greatly missed.

A graveside service will be held the Pearl Webb Cemetery, 1-257 Boyd's Knob Rd, Munfordville, KY 42765. The graveside will be held Friday, April 28, 2023 at 1:00P.M.

Pallbearers will be, David Crutchfield, Brian Egerton, Randy Grow, Aaron Mabley, Glenn mabley, and Kenny Mabley.
