Jane McMunn

Jane McMunn age 79 of Horse Cave and formerly of Valparaiso, Indiana passed away Friday January 24, 2014 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. Jane was a native of Oil City, PA and was a member of the Horse Cave Christian Church and the Founder of the Clothes Closet and Food Pantry for the church. She loved playing Bunko and games on her Facebook account. She had a special love for her dog "Sparkie" who was a rescue dog , and beloved poodle, "Jackie" .

She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmer McMunn, Sr. , a son, Arthur McMunn, her parents, Arthur and Olive Whiteman Pyler and by Eight brothers and sisters.

She is survived by two sons, Delmer "Rich" McMunn, Jr. and his wife Janet of Wheatfield, IN. ,

and Mike McMunn and his wife Toni of Horse Cave, KY. Five Grandchildren, Danielle Martinez, Shawn McMunn, Tina Lane, Stacey Cummings and Kimberly Phillips. Eleven great-grandchildren, One sister, Shirley McClain of Franklin ,PA. Also many nieces, nephews and cousins along with a host of friends .

Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday January 28, 2014 at the Horse Cave Christian Church under direction of Winn Funeral Home , Horse Cave. Burial will follow in the McCool Cemetery in Portage , IN. outside of Chicago, IL.

Visitation at Winn Funeral Home from 3 until 8 p.m. on Monday and from 12 noon until 4 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
