Georgia L. Puckett
Georgia L. Puckett, 90, of Horse Cave, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Hart County Health Care Center, in Horse Cave.
She was a Hart County native, a member of the Cave City Christian Church, a retired assistant librarian for the Horse Cave Free Public Library, and a retired seamstress for Cave City Sportswear.
She and her husband Eddie enjoyed square dancing for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George A. and Rosa Lee Green Dickinson; her husband, Eddie Puckett; two sons, Harold H. Puckett and David Puckett; three sisters, Virginia Hensler, Shirley Vocke and Sally Puckett; and two brothers, Billy and Murrell Dickinson.
Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Debbie Puckett, of Horse Cave; her granddaughter, Michelle Puckett, of Bowling Green; her sister-in-law, Mary Sturgeon and husband, Jimmie, of Horse Cave; three brothers-in-law, Johnny Puckett and wife, Patty, of Horse Cave; and Leon and James Puckett, of Indiania; special nieces, Gail Dickinson-Ruiz and Leslee Puckett; and several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11AM, Tuesday, November 10, 2015, in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery.
Visitation at the funeral home will be on Monday, from 2:30-8:00 PM, and after 8AM until service time on Tuesday.
