Freddie Richardson, age 76, of Horse Cave passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was a native of Hart County, a U.S. Army veteran having served in Korea as a missile guard and canine handler, a former employee of G.E., retired farmer, pipefitter, and a plumber/electrician. He enjoyed Nascar races, drag races, antique shows, antique car shows, and enjoyed reading the Bible and gardening.
He was preceded in death by his parents, A. F. "Friday" Richardson and Mabel Cave Richardson.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Corene Richardson, Horse Cave, step-children, Danny Bush, Samuel Bush, Theresa Jane Spencer, Doug Bush and Walter Ray Bush, 15 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great granchildren, one sister, Lois R. Edwards, Horse Cave, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Winn Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. Visitation at Winn Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m., Wednesday, and after 9 a.m. on Thursday until time of service.
