Elvin R. Hare, 83, of Horse Cave passed away Sunday, August 25, 2013 at the Hart County Health Care Center.
He was a Barren County native a retired farmer and milk hauler, a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the Horse Cave Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Terry Hare on January 19, 2013; his parents, Thomas Hare and Ellie Craighead Hare; a brother, W.T. Hare; a sister, Juanita Wingfield and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Hare.

Brother-In-Law: Chester Wingfield, Bowling Green
2 Nieces: Brenda McGown and Gwen Williams both of Bowling Green
3 Nephews:Gary Hare, Bullard Tx., Tim Wingfield, Round Hill, Ky. and Sam Terry, Glasgow, Ky.
2 Great-Nieces: Christi McGown and Samantha Coplen
3 Great-Nephews: Matthew Hare, Chris Cannon and Thomas Wingfield
2 Great-Great-Nieces: Courtney Cannon and Tabatha Hare

Winn Funeral Home Chapel: Wednesday, 4:30PM - 8PM and after 8AM Thursday until service time.
Funeral Service
Winn Funeral Home Chapel: Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 11AM with burial to follow at Hiseville Cemetery with full military honors by the Glasgow DAV Chapter #20.
