Delaney (John) T. Stinson, 85, of Horse Cave, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2013 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.

He was a Hart County native, a retired heavy equipment operator, a U.S. Army veteran of WW II and a 50 year plus member of Rio Verde Masonic Lodge #698.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Terry B. Stinson and Florence E. Dishman Stinson; 2 brothers, Kenneth Stinson (infant) and Dale Stinson.

Wife: Dorothy Payton Stinson, Horse Cave

Daughter: Melaine Stinson, Horse Cave

Son: William Terry Stinson, Bowling Green

Granddaughter: Payton Ann Bryant, Horse Cave

Great-grandson: Jayden Sturgeon, Horse Cave

Niece: Del Rita Hay, Horse Cave

Great-nephew: Chris Hay, Horse Cave
