Connie Sue Page

Connie Page age 53 of Munfordville formerly of Hoopeston Illinois passed away Sunday December 22, 2013 at her home. She was born in Danville, Illinois on December 13, 1960 and was a Licensed Practical Nurse employed by the Provena United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marilyn Lile and David Blakey, Sr. and a brother, Kevin Blakey.

She is survived by two children, Kaylee Page of Horse Cave and Keith Page of Hoopeston, Illinois.

3 Grandchildren, her step-father, Daymon Lile of Munfordville, brothers, David Blakey & his wife Linda of Cave City , Lee Blakey of Horse Cave , Steven Ollmann & his wife Wendy of Texas, Darrell Lile and his wife Amy of Hoopeston,Illinois, Brian Lile and his companion Myra of Rantoul, Illinois.Sisters, Kristi Holman and her husband Sam of Bonney Lake, WA. , Lucille Clark and her husband David of Arlington,WA , Deanna Adams and her husband Gene of Warren ,Ohio , Sharon McCarty  of Hoopeston, Ill. , Laurissa Lile of Crawfordsville, IN. , Beverly Peavler and her husband Jed of Prescott, IA. and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be private under direction of the Winn Funeral Home of Horse Cave, there will be no visitation.
