Clifford L. Hogan

Clifford L. Hogan, age 88, of Horse Cave, passed away  Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Signature Health Care Of Hart County. He was a native of Hart County and a member and Deacon of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. He was a retired truck driver for Hart County, a retired farmer, and retired milk hauler for many years.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Hogan; his parents, McKinnley and Pearl Poynter Hogan; one brother, Homer Hogan; one sister, Mary Alice Thompson.

He is survived by two nieces, two nephews, and numerous friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2021 at Winn Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Winn Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until time of service on Friday.

Clifford was a special and caring man. He and Lucille were such a precious couple. I have such fond memories of both of them at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. Thoughts and prayers for his family.

My Great Uncle. He was moved from Caverna Hospital to The Nursing Home only days ago. May he be reunited with Aunt Lucille and they both fly high in Heaven! Clifford, Thanks for being such a great person to me!
