Billy Ray Nunn, Sr.

May 7, 1944 — December 14, 2014

Billy Ray Nunn, Sr., age 70, of Horse Cave, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2014, at his home.  He was a native of Hart County and a retired employee of Nunn & Son Sanitation, an Army veteran during the Viet Nam Era, member of the American Legion, a member of Frenchmans Knob Church, loved his family and his dog, Jake.

He was preceded in death by parents, Orville & Mable Huff Nunn,  grandson, Rylan Wylder, three brothers, Jimmy Huff, Roger Dale Nunn & Frankie Nunn.

He is survived by his wife, Deloris Smith Nunn, Horse Cave, two sons, Billy Ray Nunn, Jr. (Kim), Park City, Kelly Lee Nunn (Karen), Bonnieville, and one daughter, Tammy Kay Nunn (Matthew) of Hart County, nine grandchildren, Andrea McCandless (Tyler), Seth Ray Nunn, Bryan Kelly Nunn, Lora Beth Nunn, Johnathan Allan Biggs, James Colby Biggs, Jonas Paul Biggs, Kaylynn Danae Biggs, Rosalee Isabella, two great-grandchildren, Abel Matthew McCandless & Emma Grace Biggs, brothers and sisters, Shirley, Pam, Mike, Russ, Curtis and a very special friend, Jimmy Biggs.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Winn Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery.  Visitation at Winn Funeral Home from 1-9 p.m. on Monday and 9 a.m. on Tuesday until service time.
