Vicki and I became FB friends around 8 or 9 years ago. Then we finally got to meet when she came to Buffalo,NY to meet her Scottie friends. My Scottie Mick was just crazy over Vicki and wouldnt leave her side. We all went out for lunch and had such a special time. When I needed a prayer Vicki was always there for me and put me in her prayer jar. Her thoughts were not of herself, but for everyone else. I will miss you so much dear friend. Rest well. Until we all meet again. Love You

Sending my heartfelt condolences to Curtis, Tara, Briar, and Lois. I never had the pleasure of meeting Vicki in person but I felt very close to her. She and I were the KY Scottie girls! We often traded Scottie treasures with one another. As I look around my house this morning, those Scottie treasures will always remind me of my dear sweet friend. You will be missed, Vicki. Scottie love and hugs all the way to heaven.

This is a very sad time. I'm sending love and many prayers for Vicki and all of her family and friends. We were long-term Facebook Scottie friends (and also communicated online in "pre Facebook" days on a blog). I can't yet quite accept that we will never talk again, share a fun Scottie happening or meet in person. I deeply respected Vicki in so many ways for so many things- her love dedication to her family, her love of Scotties, her beautiful voice, her kind and giving heart, her deep faith, her positive outlook and... her strength. She is so greatly missed. Rest in peace dear Vicki with Kerry and your other loved ones- human and Scottie- who went on ahead and were there to greet you. -Colleen Rafatti-
