BIOGRAPHY Ruth Nunn Slaughter age 103 of Horse Cave passed away Monday June 4, 2012 at the Episcopal Church Home of Louisville. She was a farmer a bookkeeper for several Tobacco Warehouses in Horse Cave, a salesperson for Marcum & Woodward and a cashier for the Mammoth Cave Wax Museum. VISITATION Visitation at Winn Funeral Home from 10 a.m. Wednesday until funeral time. FUNERAL SERVICES Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday June 6, 2012 in the Chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. SPECIAL NOTES

She is survived by one daughter, Peggy Brownfield & her husband Philip of Bowling Green,a son-in-law Kenneth Melloan of Horse Cave, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren, also numerous loving nieces and nephews. |
