Hubert G. Atwell age 89 of Pascal,Ky. passed away at 7:12 a.m. Thursday October 30, 2008 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. He was a native of Metcalfe County and had been owner and operator of Hubert Atwell's Country Store in Pascal since December 3, 1937.He was a member of Joyners Chapel Church and attended the Monroe Baptist Church, was a Past Master of the Rio-Verde Masonic Lodge # 698 ,a Kentucky Colonel and a Member of the Hart County Historical Society.He was preceded in death by his parents W.B. Atwell and Elizabeth Eva Lee Trowbridge Atwell.He married Lara Sandidge on March 17, 1941 and she passed away in July of 2002. He was also preceded in death by a Son Reggie Atwell, a Grandson Jonathan Sandidge and by two brothers Damon and Lester Atwell.

VISITATION

Visitation at Winn Funeral Home from 1 until 9 p.m. Saturday and after 9 a.m. on Sunday.

FUNERAL SERVICES

Winn Funeral Home Chapel Sunday November 2, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with burial in the Macedonia Cemetery. Masonic Rites at 7:00 p.m. Saturday conducted by the Rio-Verde Lodge # 698
