BIOGRAPHY

Blanche Atwell, 87, of the Three Springs community, (formerly of Horse Cave), died at 12:30 am, Friday, January 30, 2004 at Caverna Memorial Hospital in Horse Cave.

She was a Hart County native, a retired cook for the Hart County School System and a member of Joyner's Chapel Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Will Ed and Lillie Pearl Smith McCubbin, her husband; Damon Atwell, 2 daughters; Eugenia Fancher and Dorothy McCubbin, 1 granddaughter; Dottie McCubbin Bryant,1 great-great granddaughter; Tabitha Fancher, and a great-great granddaughter-in-law, Tammy Fancher.

VISITATION

Visitation at Winn Funeral home will from 5 pm - 9 pm, Saturday and after 9 am, until service time on Sunday.

FUNERAL SERVICES

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm, Sunday, February 1, 2004, in the chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial in Houk Cemetery.

SURVIVORS

4- grandchildren, Bobby McCubbin and his wife, Sheila, of Monroe, Ky., Patsy McMahan and her husband, Don, of Three Springs, Barbara Fancher, of Horse Cave, Becky McCubbin and her husband, Dennis, of Horse Cave.
